We’ll be leaving from the church at 5:45 AM on Saturday August 18th. The prices for the trip are:
$25 tube rental
$12 cooler tube rental
$15-30 supper at Lambert’s
We’ll be tubing on the Current River in Van Buren, Missouri. Our tube rentals will be through “The Landing” and we’ll be taking the 6 hour float trip (Waymeyer to The Landing.)
Other floatables (rafts, canoes, kayaks) are available as well. Check out the website for more information regarding these options (http://www.thelandingcurrentriver.com/floating/.) If you want to reserve on of these other floatables, you may want to call ahead to reserve yours. There is no reservations made for tubes. It’s your trip so get what you want!
You will be responsible for your own coolers, snacks, cold drinks, sunscreen, dry clothes, towels, bug repellent, cash, and etc.,. Please prearrange your transportation, cooler situation, and food stuffs with your friends before August 18. Unfortunately, CFBC will not be providing transportation for this trip (sorry.)
